How it works

After you end class, PulseGrid saves each member’s session on the server. The report builder turns that data into a branded message for each athlete.

Build a template

Choose which stats to show, write your greeting and closing, and add placeholders like {{memberName}} and {{sessionDate}}.

Personalise per member

Add coach notes for individuals — recovery focus, technique cues, next session goals. Preview before you send.

Send or export

Use your template when you generate emails or PDFs from the trainer console roster. Same flow you already use after class.
