This page only works on a mobile phone
To join a class you need your phone to connect a heart rate monitor over Bluetooth. Laptops, desktops, and most tablets cannot pair with your watch or chest strap here.
Step 1 · Enter your trainer’s group code
Your trainer shares a short code (like PULSE) or a join link. Type the code here and we’ll create a QR for your phone.
On your phone after scanning
- Pick a fun display name (your alter-ego on the board).
- Tap Connect heart rate monitor and choose your watch or chest strap.
- Keep the join page open and in the foreground during class so your heart rate stays on the board.
